Parkon has adopted the principle of protecting all kinds of rights and laws of the employee. It did not tolerate any kind of psychological harassment and violence that employees were subjected to.

Our Responsibilities

Legal Responsibilities;

Situations falling within the criminal law are reported to the necessary authorities.

Responsibilities Towards Employees;

Care has been taken to ensure that employees' rights are used correctly. Employees are promised a safe and healthy work environment.

Management Responsibilities;

It pays close attention to the chain of events or complaints and takes precautions to prevent the same situation from happening again.

Responsibilities of Employees;

The employee who is subjected to harassment should seek help to stop such behavior.
